Wheel Hop!?

Wheel Hop!?

Does anyone get what seems to be wheel hop from first to second on heavy starting acceleration?

buy torque dampers or engine mounts.

yes... mine was bad... if your dropped it will help, I noticed a big decrease in the hop when I lowered mine. Also, get wider tires? It sucks, but thats what we get for a FWD 6speed.

I'm running a 18x8.5 rim with a 235 on it along with Tein SS-P coil overs and that did a lot to cut down on the wheel hop and tire spin.

I'd love to get a set of those innovative motor mounts but they seem to cause more problems than they fix at this point

yup your definately gonna want to wait on the Innovative mounts until they are proven, so far it hasn't been a pretty situation.

That may be more cause that weighs a ton.
