Wheel Alignment w/ springs question

I was gonna do my wheel alignment done at Sears for $59 but when I told him i had the car lowered the dude said the car is aligned only to factory spec. Should I do the wheel alignment anyway, or should I have it done at a place that would actually factor in the cars' drop into the alignment, if that even makes a difference. Sears also said they could possibly match the alignment if I provided Comptechs springs' measurements for the springs... did that come in the kit? what should i do? anyone know where to get an alignment in northern jersey?

alignment specs do not change when you lower your car. with comptech springs it should be no problem, they should just align as usual.
