We test drove a new 530i today. I liked it...but this is not the car for an older lady...Whoever test drove it knows what I am talking
about.
My moms likes the look of the pre 2003 E-class, I want to see if I could find her a 2001-02 E320...I don't want to go through a MB
dealership, b/c of pricing....and there are no sufficient listings at the local newspaper classifieds.

What would be the best place online to search?

try Ebay and search for cars for sale in your State.

I found my friend her 98 SL500 on Ebay. With a purchase like that, you need to contact the seller and specify that no money changes hands until you test drive the car and have it inspected even though you are the high bidder.

I used these when I was thinking about buying a 2001 CLS (and other newish vehicles). Seem to be pretty good in tracking down local cars, although most of the ads (on both sites) seem to be from dealers.

i agree with green, autotrader.com is damn good. also try carmax.com
