What is wrong with my Cl-S??

Okay well I was thinking about how will H&R sport Springs lower my drop if my rear appears to be higher than my front 1.75/1.5 drop. Well I ask a member and they said their front was lower stock. Well I just went to my 03 Cl-S and I measured the ground clearance roughly. The Front was about 8-9 inches from the ground the side was the same and the I measured starting where the rear bumper started and it was roughly 11-12 inches from the ground. So like I thought the rear is higher than the front end but I dont know why. I am the original owner, and the car has been hit in the back but their was no frame damage. No replacement springs were put on the car as far as I know, and they said they just fixed a little damage past the bumper and put on a new bumper and trunk lid. Therefore, what is wrong with my car and now I fear the h&r sport springs will make my car look like shit with a raked look Im pissed.

the ultimate place to get a meassurement would be at both ends of the side skirts between the wheel wells

to me it doesn't sound like anything is wrong w/ your car. Measuring at the rear bumper is pretty useless because it slants up Sounds to me like you are whinning about nothing. The majorty of everyone on this side has a raked look, esp since most of the springs are made for the accord v6 and the CL is heavier at the front end.

And personally, I think a raked look looks good

Okay I hope so, damn UPS is late

I just never understood how h&r gives an even drop look if the front is lower stock and the front is lowered more with the h&r than the back when putting the springs on (1.75/1.5). UPS better be here soon im getting excited

the front isn't lower then stock, you took bad measurements at the wrong spots. The optimal spot to measure would be X ________ X at the x's on the side skirt.

their drop looks even because the wheel well on the front is higher up and larger then that of the rear.
