I think it highly depends on who is willing to buy the car...
If he's a car "enthusiast" who appreciates the car as art then u'll get much higher $$ then someone who's just looking for just another suped up car

Car is one of the WORST investment you can make....You probably bought the car for $30K and probably put in another $30K for parts/labor...Realistically, you sell it as is, you probably will get an offer around $32K MAX...if you even lucky enough to get that offer. Test it out...go to the dealer and ask them how much the trade in will be with all that stuffs on.

I am sure you are just asking for kicks and you already have a plan on how you are going to get rid of it (if you are). Just for kicks, I'll try to guess what your thinking...
1. With the kind of money you must have in your pockets, you are in NO HURRY to sell the car at all.
2. You can easily put a price of how ever much you want for the car out there and wait until somebody bites.
3. You probably have a brother, close friend, or relative that will be looking to buy a car that you wouldn't mind loosing out on a lot of money too (Soopa would fit in this category).
4. If all else fails you will do like Farris Bueller's homeboy's pops and put it on jack stands in your own personal showroom
No doubt you have bad azz ride! If you want to trade it for a 63K CL-S beater and $5 give me a holla

This may be a dumb question, but is there really a purchasing market for such a heavily modded car?
No offense is intended: you have a nice ride and have obviously invested A LOT of time, money, and TLC into your car, however I would think there would be only a very few people who would even consider a purchase of your car. I would highly doubt that you can come close to recouping the investment you've made.
I look at it this way - it's a used TL that someone has radically tweaked. The tweaking may be of good quality and very professionally done, or you may be investing in a long road of fixing someone else's tweaking headaches. And I know the dealer is not going to honor any suspension or A/V warranty.
Modding is a part of an individual's personality. I would think that someone would rather mod a stock car then buy one already modded (I'm talking about modding to the degree that your car is - not springs and headers alone).
Of course I'm just guessing and I may be talking out my ass about something I don't know about.

Assuming you have receipts for your mods, I'd say the value would be
worst case : $29k Cdn + 50% of value of the mods
best case : $30k Cdn + 80% of value of the mods
If someone actually wants all those mods, they would essentially save the labour and hassle of installing parts purchased second hand which amounts to great value. But that's a big if.

Raffle it off at Park Avenue 2003 for 25-bucks a ticket.
Sell 2000 tickets MAX.
Toss 5-Grand to a local charity to make it legal and you’ll come home with 45-Grand USD.
The way everyone was salivating over the car last year I bet you could pull this off.

PS…. I get (10) free tickets for the idea.

put it on ebay motors and youll def. get what you put in back. a friend of mine sold his gsxr600 telefonica for $13k. it was only worth about $7k or so. he also sold his 96 mustang with a fully built 302 for $25k+...so theres always someone out there with money to throw away.

I see this as something similar to buying a home for the average price in your area then remodeling the daylights out of it until the "value" of the renovations makes the house more valuable than any other in the area. Then if you try to recoup your costs, you'd have to sell it (on the open market) either at a loss to you (so you get someone to buy it) or you sell it at what you think is a fair maket value and it sits (because you want more than the next guy does for the same thing (on the outside) or you know where to find a customer willing to pay what you're asking and looking for exactly what it is that you have to offer.
Good olde market economics!
If it were me (I'm no way into mods), I'd find every way possible to market this thing. Obviously you're going to have much better luck selling at a car show than you would going to Carmax so put it out there that "the car is worth $X and I put $Y in modifications." You do, of couse have to account for the fact that not only does the car depreciate in value but technology decreases in value even faster (one reason why people are recommending recouping 50% of your cost in resale).
