what should I get, CAI or Short Ram intake?

i have CAI....go with CAI if you dont get muc rain...even if you do....u'll be safe with a bypass valve....eventhough i live in florida and we get some rain....i dont even have a bypass valve and i am still fine. (knock on wood)

I love my short ram intake. It is definitely not too loud. The AEM sounds weak compared to mine when VTEC kicks in. The gains may not be as much (depends on weather more), but I never have to worry about hydrolock.
And the AEM bypass valve does next to nothing. A friend of mine who installs intakes had two Integra's that hydrolocked even with the bypass valve. He told me it only really works well if the entire intake is submerged in water.
If you look into a Weapon-R, just make sure to get a K&N as the foam filter they use hums too much...
AEM is good too, but to me not worth even a .5% risk for a debatable extra 3 hp
