no. i mean even with the custom wheels..like 18" or 19" so what can i put on for the biggest tyre?

I don't think the 18", 19" is the problem. It is the width of the wheel at that size *and*:

1. The size of the tire on the wheel.
2. Is the car going to be lowered?
3. How many people will you have in the car?
4. Wheel offset (boy, there a lot of issues there that I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole)
5. Are you going to carry a lot of weight in the trunk?
6. Manufacturer of the tire.

Note on #6: Just because a tire is a 235/40/18 doesn't mean that its "section width" and/or tread width will be identical. Look at the specs on the RE-730 vs. S-02, and you will see that a given size will have slightly different specs!

Sorry to add more questions, but you might want to specify what YOU are going to do to the car (leave it stock, lower it, etc)
