Sounds too good to be true....

Read the fine print... two things to look for are:

1) like NOVA said.. those prices are likely for the lowest model with zero options

2) There is probably a balloon payment of some sort at the end of the lease.

Make sure you read all of the details before you "sign and drive" anything off of that lot....

I saw that add, as with many ads in the paper, you have to take what they have. That's if the car is still there by the time you get to the dealer. I'm sure that's with 12K miles a year. With finacing so low, I'd take that 1.9% + a $5000 down payment, That will bring your payment at or below the lease price & you own the car.

Take that shit. $459/month...39 month for the M45...that bitch is loaded in base form...I'd take it in a heartbeat!!!

The only catch would be the mileage at 10k a year(if you drive a lot).

I'm in love with that FX45. However, I would never lease it. I know I would drive the hell out of it so I'd rather buy it than have to worry about the mileage!!!!

Here's a deal for ya ... My lease is just about up on my 2001 CL and I was looking for the BEST deal, and MOST car for the money -- so I found this INCREDIBLE lease deal ...

I'm about to take delivery on a 2003 M45. MY deal was for $401 per month (INCLUDING TAX) on a 39 month lease (10,000 mi/year) ... in NJ ...

All I have to pay at signing is $1000.00 EVEN, which includes the $550 bank fee and first month's payment -- the dealer is actually paying $100-150 in miscellaneous fees that go over the $1000 mark.

This car is INCREDIBLE!! And, it's NOT the 'AD' car, you know, the BASE model.. the car I'm getting has an MSRP of $45,255 and has the extra comfort and convenience package (not included on that ad on here) and the wood trim upgrade as well. I could have even gotten the one with the premium package - MSRP $46,355 (voice recognition, a/c and heated seats, and other goodies) for another $32 a month - I may consider it ...

It's by far, the BEST deal going .. anywhere !!! The MOST car for your $$$ !!!

They're clearly blowing these things out the door, as there's plenty of dealer $$$ to play with that allows you to get the car for such a great deal, not to mention the great LEASE rates that IFS is using !!!
