You can get the Teins on this website...there is a groupbuy in effect for $925 shipped. I would go with the Teins.

Soopa, the electronic control is extra and I don't think the control units for the dampening can fit in our cars.

The teins are better since for a lil more u actually get dampening control whereas with the Apexi' N1's, you don't.

teins are awesome. heard some excellent stories about them. I'd get them if I had about 9 bills to spare.

yes i know their extra, but only a few hundred, and they can be purchased later...

i do think theyll fit our cars, they def fit under the hood on the fronts...

only question is the backs, but you could always cut the rear parcel to have them fit

From what we can tell (since us bay area members have had our back seats taken out so much.. tsk, tsk, Bobowah).. we've foudn that newer cars the cars actually built in 01 have a bigger rear shelf than the ones assembled in 00.

I'm gonna see if these fit once I get my teins since I have a 5/01 production date.

electronic dampening controls?!?!? What in the world is that? Is it something that sits on top of the dampener where the adjustment knobs are? And it can be controlled via remote?

pretty bad ass....

phat32: I've had the TEINs for about 1.5 months now. With the dampening set-up that I have now, they provide the closest thing to stock ride (~10% stiffer). The ability to control height is invaluable as well. I would HIGHLY recommend these coilovers.

Let me know if you have any questions.

2Sxy4YoMama got the Teins for $900 shipped, evolution autosports 703-961-9090, ask for Jeff.

I have there site bookmarked:

http://www.evolutionautosports.com/home1.html

Search on his user name, 2Sxy4YoMama.

Anyone consider the ZEALs? They cost a bit more. Any reason?

Mantis23 has the Zeals and so does Astroboy. Costdifferential would be associated with the fact the Zeals have much more adjustability than the TEINS do as well as they are probably better quality. You can also factor in the fact that the Zeal (B6 at least) come with Pilo-ball mounts for the front 2 which can be used to adjust the camber.
