State Farm $534/ 6 months. i'm 26 in tallahassee. full coverage for all. no tickets or accident in 8 years. that is for my cl-s, bmw, and my old 01 ram. i sold the ram to my dad. i picked an 84 ramcharger right after that. the ramcharger is going to get the basic coverage. hopefully, it will drop even lower.

EDIT: I've never had any problems with service. I've been with them for 9 years and love them :D

Forgot to mention that I live in WA. I also have my renters' insurance with them, so I'm sure that helped. Still...it's TWICE what I paid to insure my '98 ZX2

StateFarm, full coverage, $510/6 months.

Exactly the same but multi-policy coverage, home-good driver-old member,etc.
But I'm 50.......you would think 500/yr but not true. DC is considered a high risk area for crime and dumb drivers, rates vary street to street. And I've been with State Farm since 1978, no tickets or accidents but countless vandalisms.

I have Mercury Insurance and I pay about $1100 / 6 months for 2 cars. My CL and my Wife's Sentra.

Mercury is cool becasuse they have this thing where even if you have one point on your record you are considered a good driver and they don't [seem to] dock you for it.

In addition, I get a group discount for having a Bachelor's in Computer Science, 15% off the Total premium.

I'm hoping later this year or next, it'll drop to about $800/6months :wish:

SleekCLS 03-05-2007 11:58 PM

anyone experience with farmers? they are offering me 161 a month with SUPERIOR and i mean SUPERIOR coverage but their ratings are shitty with JD.

math_man_tation 03-06-2007 03:29 PM

24 years old (25 this year)
Male
CA
Horace Mann Insurance (including Teacher discount)

01 CL - $67/month
97 Infiniti Q45 - $98/month

I was paying about $98/month until I got the Q45 for my brother. Adding on the Q lowered my CL to $67/month. Sweet deal.

Plus I have a $25 deductible if my car is damaged at the high school I teach.

I don't exactly remember the coverage, but it is pretty good. Like $100k/$300K/$100K

By the way, I got 3 speeding tickets in 2006. I got one cleared. When I bought the Q in January, the insurance company couldn't find the tickets on my record.
Sweet deal for me.
