It was nice seeing all of you and putting a face to the screen names. You think Corey will ever visit this site?

Matt, I think you still have my radio...

1. Auto 75-shot vs. S/C auto --> NOS wins!
2. Auto 75-shot vs. S/C auto with HBP --> NOS wins!
3. Auto 75-shot vs. S/C 6-spd --> NOS wins!
4. Auto 75-shot vs. S/C S2000 --> Dead even race

I'll keep my ears posted for the next one. I have a friend I'd like to visit in Portland, maybe I could kill two birds with one stone.

Grr.. I will now attempt to give my ricer excuses..

1. My AC don't turn off like the CLS do at WOT..
2. My GF was in the car..
3. Different sweet spot in the RPM range. My car was close to 7K when we started. Only 2 more K left to go before shifting...

J/K

Real story is that, matts car is just fast. No excuses. I never was able to reel him in before we shut down.. cough*4thGear*cough.

The more i think about it, Reno makes alot of sense. It's not too far for Portland, Seattle, S.F., or Sacto, and we should be able to pull in some peeps from L.A., Phoenix, Salt Lake, Boise and Vegas.

Even for some Dallas dudes, they can fly in on Southwest and take a passenger seat !!

Let's kick this around for a bit, while we're at it, what month should we plan for ? I'd hate to wait a year, maybe we could do April or May ??

I can't do anything in July and the first weekend of August. That's inventory time at work and there is no way I can make it. I worked my ass off in hopes of making this one, but it was for nothing.. Suck too because July is a great month to get together!! I'm not worried about the location at all, just the date. I'm also for a better turnout. So, if you get a better turnout during the times I can't make it, no biggie. Afterall, nothing is like a twisty run!!

Thanks for the feedback Dennis. I'm actually thinking May or June at the latest. The weather should be really good at that time.

Yeah... mattg was tough to beat. With 100-shoot, he'll disappear into the sunset. Although, I would have liked to do a run on the coast where the temp. was about 30 degrees cooler and the elevation was just above sea level. My car felt so much quicker under those conditions.

BTW- no more worries about your SC? Also, we never got to do a run. Maybe next time.

He did nip me by about 2 or 2 1/2 car lengths at 100+. But it could have been a lot closer under better conditions - IMHO. Never the less, the NOS and UniChip make for some serious power.

Yeah, MattG was strong !! It was cool to have 3 SCd CL-Ss, a NOS CL-S, a SCd S2000, and a 350Z battling
