Well, I traded in the CL too
I think I have the the cheapest CL ever on Autotrader... $10,495.
At 119K, she was starting to give me problems so I had to take a loss
Autotrader
I traded her in for a 2003 Honda Accord 5 speed. Same SSM color tho. Looks like I have 2 weeks to do some kind of mod before the April 23rd New England meet

I have an 01 CL-S with 113000 miles, the problems I have are the usual things seen here.
Drivers side seat back heater not working, auto tinting rearview mirror not auto tinting, rear shelf rattle, timing belt overdue for replacement, clear coat flaking off wheels, seat leather getting worn, factory stereo volume knob and steering wheel controls not responding properly. Car looks and runs great btu I am thinking about selling too, mainly to pay off some bills and work towards a BMW some day.

Well, I kept the CL well maintained... I had the Timing belt replaced at like 110K but I also had to replace the tensioner and pulley as welll as the water pump, so that was big money. After that, I thought the car would be all set and I started to get check engine codes. First it was some cylinder misfires. I replaced the spark plugs again, which I had done at like 90K. Then I had more codes, I had the O2 sensor code come up, but my mechanic told that by the reading I might need a catalytic converter too. They are a problem on the high milege Accords and might have carried on to the CL. I was terrified to take the car on any long trips. Then not to mention the usual rattles, loosey goosey driver's seat, horrible AM/FM reception at times, the premium gas situation, P/S airbag cover starting to lift. So for piece of mind, I just traded her in.
I just recently got a job offer for when I graduate this May, so I also needed something reliable for the commute.
The Accord was to be something temporary while I payoff the negative equity I had on the CL. But for some reason, I love the Accord now. I dont have to worry about the tranny since its a manual, gas milege is waaaay better since I wanted the 4 cyl which also comes with timing chains instead of belts

They gave me $8,000 for the Cl and I got the 2003 Accord EX with only 46K for $15,500.
It was a tape adapter for my ipod. I didnt want to use an FM Mod and the blitzsafe was too expensive.

Yeah its tough but since now I have a 4cyl, manual car, that doesnt require premium and has a good catalytic converter.. I am saving $$$$ on gas
Thanks, Sorry I didnt respond to the Meet invite a few weeks ago... I had soo much trouble with the car that i didnt even know if i would have it ready in time. Guess not. Plus I was gonna head down with my cousin and his 02 RSX and he got into a nasty front end collision. I might show up in Hopkinton with the Accord now

Yeah, just show up with the accord... Since this isn't an "acura only" meet, there'll be alot of different cars there...
This 74 Mazda pickup (w/ rotary engine) showed up at the last meet, and was one of my favorite cars there![Big Grin](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
