Warped rotors. Dangerous or just annoying?

Warped rotors. Dangerous or just annoying?
I think my front rotors are warped. I have 20k miles. Is this something I should fix ASAP, even at my own expense if neccessary? Will I damage something if I don't fix it?

well that's gotta be annoying as hell. i'm sure your braking performance sucks. sounds like a good time for the brembo big kit
