when i press the vsa off button on my dash a yellow triangle lights up with an exclamation inside. does this mean my vsa is off.. or is there some kind of error?

the light that says "VSA" never comes on or off.

When the yellow exclamation point is lit when you press the button.. then VSA is off.

As you're driving, if the VSA kicks in you'll see that light flicker...

When you race be sure to take VSA off, (yellow ! should be lit) for a better launch.

What is the red letters VSA for on the dash though? When that lights up does it mean that the VSA system is malfunctioning?

Let's hope your car does not do that.
