VA 2nd Gen CL (s) owners....where yall at...
Wassup...new cl-s owner since new years eve this year....need any suggestions or advice on where in VA, MD, DC to go to get tinting....remote start....all good stuff..not too into the internet shoppping...like to hold and touch what i buy....any comments will help...

Welcome. You should let the internet be your friend, it will save you $$$ in the end. There are reputable vendors on this forum, not to mention return policies, so you can check out the stuff when you get it, and return it if it doesn't suit you. As far tinting and remote start, those are two things I haven't looked into. The tint laws in VA are so strict, there's hardly a difference between stock.

Yea....i have a boy in md who will do it....and i see mad cl's around here with pretty dark tint...i was thinking of testing the police....(im black thats what we do) and going as low as 30/25% on the sides....but right now my main thing is remote start...cuz winter will be here anytime...before we even finish enjoying the summer....

I also live in NOVA, and i have my car tinted. Might want to look at LA Tint in Manasas. The tint law in Va just changed from 35% to 40% tint, which is next to nothing.

I leard the hard way after few tickets ofcourse for my first 5% tint job. I even got pulled over twice on the same day, first as I was turning in Sully Plaza of off 50 and a second time on 28 while I was about to take an exit onto 66. I work in Chantilly and it is crawling with cops.
Anyway as far as auto start you can go any where over here except for the dealership and if you shop around a little you can get a real good price.
As for the Rest of you NO-VA fellaz let have a mini meet one of these days.

yeah i have 35% all around from la tint in sterling, love it! never bothered once by the cops surprisingly considering the ffxpd crack down on this sort of thing. I know the chantilly area well, 50 is about the worst for cops.
