V-afc really helpful?

ok so i am buying my parts this week. i have allocated about $5000 for my car. i dont want to spend any more. i am not doing the s/c so nobody needs to suggest that. i have so far on my list:

Comptech header and downpipe
Comptech cat back exhaust
Comptech swaybars
Vis Carbon Fiber hood
Tein SS coilovers

this racked up $3850......i have $1150 left. i am thinking brakes. i am also thinking about a V-afc. i am not sure i am modded enough to see any real gains from getting one. what do you guys think. and where can i find this unichip? once again...thanks guys!!! i will post pics as soon as the weather clears up and i install the parts.

Don't waste your money on the VAFC expecting to get tremendous gains out of it. It's mostly for show. I have one and have yet to tune it but I don't expect much.
