Urgent help...

So I was doing valve adjustment on a 2001 Acura Cl-S. Reassembling everything back together and this nut gives me a blank look. it's 14mm and I have NO idea where it came from... any suggestions?

false alarm guys, that was an old extra nut from when I did another job during strut replacement.

on a side note, i got CEL code P0401, EGR insufficient. I've cleaned the egr in the intake and the little port on the lower intake. Maybe all the carbon build up is sludged up at the bottom of the valve?

In addition to that, I also have the VSA light and the ! triangle light on now.
