Update on Bumper Paint..............
Well today I went up to San Antonio TX to get my CL-S which had it's bumpers repianted due to manufacture defects.
After 4 weeks without the car and two paint jobs they actually did an excellent job on the front and rear bumper. It looks great and better than the factory work, no more grey or black background is seen on the bumper and no paint tear drops.
It is sad that sometimes you have to bitch to get the stuff done right, instead of just doing it right the first time. I was treated very well at the dealer today. I was offered sodas and a light lunch at Gunn Acura in San Antonio prior to me hitting the road for 2 hours to get home. I am thinking that it may be due to there initial boo boo done on my car and that they were just apologizing in a way.
I feel that Gunn Acura really showed there true colors with there service.

glad to hear everything worked out
service is never a perfect business, and things do happen sometimes, its how you get through them and what you learn from mistakes that can help service departments do a better job for the customers (speaking from a service side of course)
