So, is it possible that the 03' get different suspecions and why the interior Headrooms decreased on the 03 model?

Well, they have had a body kit out for the TL since last year, so i dont think that would explain anything...what are the differences between the 02-03 besides the onstar?

 

some of the specs posted on the "honda digital newsroom" are incorrect. it is not unheard of nor uncommon for press releases to contain inaccurate or misleading information.

the link you provided to acura.com is for the 2002 tl type s. (and you can see the same specs if you go to the tl page on acura.com and select "specifications")
