Turning off VSA

Turning off VSA
Where I live, the government has this annoying regulation that we have to have our cars tested every other year for emission levels. One of the tests involves running the car on this dyno-type rollers. I noticed you have to go to a different lineup if you have cars with traction control. This makes sense because normally they would just put the drive wheels on the rollers so if the car has traction control this would confuse the system. So I'm just wondering if by switching off the VSA turns off all traction control functions and I don't have to go in the special lineup for cars with traction control. (Members in British Columbia would know what I'm talking about)

Hah, they do that here in California already and for a while now. Los Angeles, San Diego and Sacramento are all in areas they call "Enhanced Smog Areas" and ppl who live in this area have to go thru that type of test where the rest of us use the regular stick in the pipe deal.
