I just did a small tune up, and noticed that my old plugs were fairly loose...any ideas why this happens? I know they were put in correctly (i did it myself)....

Also, I cleaned out my intake manifold (156K, and I almost guarantee that it was a first), it was horrible. The EGR port was almost completely clogged....but the engine starts GREAT now....

Also, I broke a bolt from the intake manifold to the block. I was torqing it and it just snapped....any idea the best place to get a set?

I noticed my plugs were also loose, I remember tightening them fairly well. Not sure why they loosen up .

About the bolt, try the dealer.

actually, will go to acuraautomotiveparts.org...... 77 cents each, i'll just replace them all and replace the gaskets, might as well


also, I had notices that my car had been running poorly and getting shitty mileage...noticed that one of my plugs was focked.(bosch plat+2, and one of the prongs was touching the element)

Yep, # 21 is the filter elements, 2 of them.
