TSB 01-041 Oil Leak Warranty Question
Sorry for the repost but i wanted it at the beginning.
There were a lot of postings about engine oil leaking as well as a lot of info. So dont think i did not look before asking this basic question. Does the 100k drivetrain mfg warranty extension apply to the 3rd owner? If it does do you think they will warranty it if the car has 101k on it? The car did not smell like it was leaking until recently so if its not covered i just i am screwed.

The warranty applies to the car, not the owner. The warranty will work for the 7th owner. As for the 101k question, it's pretty much black and white. If it's over it's over, unless you can get your dealer to cut you some slack.
