Trunk Alignment

My trunk's alignment is off slightly, just enough to notice it. The left side sits higher and more forward than the right side. The car has a non OEM spoiler, so the dealer will prolly bitch and whine if I try to have it taken care of under warranty. How much would a slight adjustment cost?
