Transmission question
I have CL-S 9K miles. When driving after a long stop(engine off). The transmission does not shift smoothly from 3rd gear to the 4th. The rpm just goes up and when it reaches 4000, it shifts very hard, my car jumps forward! My friend had this same problem with his 88 prelude. Is Acura carrying it legacy into its new vehicles.

I wonder if these new trannys they are puting in are going to still have the same problems in the long run. What is the deal? The number one reason why I never bought a car with a automatic tranny is because I didn't not want to have problems like this. After my last car I needed a break from shifting.
