That wouldn't be such of an April Fools if it were a Mercury Marauder. Have you heard about this car? It is a blacked out Grand Marquis body with a Mustang Cobra motor available in 2003. I can see the Police Departments going whole hog for this car!

I heard about it. They have a Crown Victoria with the same specs. Blacked out called the Black something or other.
