I don't think they are noisy either and replaced them w/ my yoko paradas. They are about equal in noise. Only thing that pissed me off is they are slightly taller and widder then my paradas and I rub like a mofo now. My fault for being slammed though.

I got 235/40/18 ... paid $149 each @ Belle Tire near 14 mile/John R (Troy, Michigan -- outside of Detroit).
Have about 500km (300miles) on them. Have to say they are FAR quieter than the Pirelli SuperSport I had. To go back in time, I have to say they are as quiet as OEM Michelins when I had the car (new). That's saying a lot, considering a 215/50/17 VS 235/40/18.
Michigan roads suck (I can vouch for El Capitan) and it wasn't that noisy (or bumpy) driving back to Canada. When I got home, stupid Belle Tire only put in 30psi in the tire! (max pressure:51psi) Went straight to a gas station and went 42psi in front, 44 psi in back. Happy with the results.
