Top Ten Reasons you may have an obsession with you car

Ok feel free to add (-:
all of these are obviously from my personal experience, but i suspect some of ya' might have me beat:

10. Your car is always clean but you NEVER EVER go to a car wash!

9. You treat your car better than your girl!

8. You’ve ever pulled over, even if you’re running late, to clean a bug off your windshield!

7. You have a name for your car (Gail)!

6. If you’ve ever broken something repeatedly and think the end result is worth it so you try again, and break it, and try again (After-market gauge faces – broke my temp needle like three times trying to do this)!

5. If you have ever used a leaf blower to dry your car (I know I’m not the only one)!

4. You have washed your car in the rain!

3. You have washed your car more than once in a day, more than twice, more than three times in one day!

2. You have washed your car in the dead of winter and the water freezes on the car before you can dry it!

1. You spend all day at work surfing a web site dedicated to your CAR!!!

Pretty much YES to all of them except the bug on the windshield one.
If I did THAT I would be stopping every few miles.
I have stopped to clean bird shit off the paint more then once though.

I’ll wash the car on a Sunday inside the garage if it’s raining outside, but only if the weather is looking good for Monday/Tuesday.

My record for COLD WEATHER cleaning is when it was SIX DEGREES outside.
I had the kerosene heater going inside the garage, but some of the water still froze to the floor.

11. You have better quality towels to polish your car then are used in your BATHROOM.

I love my little piglet. Occasionally, she annoys me by falling apart, but I still love her!

haha, thats a good one.

there is a new Z2 out Shawn, it doesn't stick to the sides of the little bottles anymore. Also, our local distributor showed us the new Z5, smells great. I don't use Z5, just thought I'd mention that.. so both Z5 & Z2 have new ingredients for your Zainoing pleasure.

Sounds like someone needs to switch to ZAINO.
No toothbrush is required for MY detailing sessions.

You forgot.....

1. You park so far away at the mall or at work that you can hardly see your car when you get to the entrance.

2. You would dive in front of a rolling shopping cart to save a door ding.

3. You are the only one that can touch your car care products.

Towells? I use only (new) baby diapers after washing them with a fabric softener.

And here is mine:

To wash a car, step number one is to go to the local pressure washer and do UNDER the hood first!

The best one I've gotten is when this sweet 70-something year old widowed lady came out and asked me...

"Eric, what the FUCK are you doing with that leaf blower?"

Needless to say my reaction was:

I have had the neighbor comment about wiping the paint off

I have actually stepped between my car and another that was backing up so they wouldn't hit it(it was a natural reaction)

Here's another for ya:

If you are ever forced to park in a crowded parking lot and

1) you can find an end spot you make the passenger get out so you can put that side of the car right next to whatever your parking by.

2) you have to park next to a vacant spot so you hang out till someone parks there so you can make sure they don't hit your car:P

sadly enough i do exactly that. but i do it not just to avoid people who cant drive hitting my car, i do it because it is alot closer and it must be providing better shade. when the car sits in heat for too long, it is absolutely the worst thing getting back in.

10. Nope

9. Hell ya, I'm still tring to find where to put the Fuel Treatment
cleaner in my girl (not my car).

8. Naaa, I just throw on Cruise Control and climb on the hood.

7. Yea, "G Dammit", "Another Fkin Ticket", or my fav
"Come on FKin Shift".

6. Hmmm, how bout a tranny?

5. Nope haven't tried that yet, but I'll try it as soon as it stops
raining in Fla. . Man this 40 days adn 40 nights BS is getting
rediculious.

4. What u mean there is another way to wash a car here in Fla. ?

3. Not the outside but the inside. I remember when my Ex was
feeling spunky one day. Speaking of spunk, those Type-S
seats are murder on me when u combine a nimph, in a sun
dress, with no panties. Don't get me started when u include
the time of the month into the equasion .

2. No here in Fla it is the other way around. When it is not
raining, it's so damm hot that water from the garden hose
evaporates before it hits the car.

1. Please I am a State Employee u've got something more
productive I should do?
Please tell me, " I'll get right on it " <=Man that line is getting
old.

I used to push my bike to the front door of my photo lab when it was on the ground floor, just so I could see it! and I used to park my 916 in my living room.

I am a recovered car nut, it's been 233 days since my last mod purchase lol.

No really, my last 3 cars I have invested no less than 10K in on everything from stereos to modded out engines, etc.

Financially I need to spend my money wiser.
