I own a 97 3.0 CL, my friend and his GS-R mess around a couple of times and took our cars to Airport way, its a long strip with 2 lanes. So one night we decided to just go up there and race to prove who was faster. I had him at the launch because mine being an automatic. He kept up but couldn't pull ahead. We did that twice to I decided to gloat about it. Always teasing him until he got mad. Til about last week his radiator blew and he had it taken to the shop. I thought he was just replacing the radiator. When he got it back he was really eager to race me. So I kept gloating and said he couldn't handle me. He just luaghed I was like why you luaghing im gonna own you. So we took our trip to Airport way and no one was around. So we thought we would just take it from a standing point. He told me he had a surprise so he gave me a full car length start. I was like im gonna own you even more. So i flashed my E. Light and the race was on. And to my surprise, his car pulled up next to me and he flashed a peace sign. And took off, while i was full throttle! At the end of the line we pulled over to the side of the road. I was like damn you drop in a turbo or something? He was like nope, I was in 3rd gear most of the time. Never went past it, and then he told me to look under his hood. And to my surprise, he had a B20 BLOCK! I was speechless. A B20 BLOCK!!! Oh man... I'll know better than to gloat ever again. Now he does the gloating, but instead he tells me to upgrade to a new car and maybe we'll start a racing krew. Guess i got to start saving up money now!

nice kill and death but i dont understand how you having an automatic can make you have a better launch? the gsr should be able to beat you if hes a good driver.

b20's are bad did he put his gsr head on their or an ls head

he has a GS-R head, b20 block, OEM Carbon Fiber Hood, AEM CAI, DC headers, and not sure what kind of exhuast.

B20 Block comes from the Honda CRV Motor. Puttin an SUV block into a Integra means a lot of torque for a small car...

bout a week, cuz he had to get his head remachined as well. re-bored and stroked b20, with remachined GS-R head.
