Hey mistacanyon..I run the setup that you are asking...the ride is not that harsh, you can feel that it is stiffer but not to the extreme.. I think the Koni have a harsher ride... I have mine set in the front at the number 5 setting, which is the stiffest and the rear runs at a number 4. Changing the settings is real easy, takes no more than 1 minute to do in the front...the rear is a different story because you have to takeout the seats inorder to reach the shock setting. Overall I am pretty happy with them.I wish they were a little stiffer... (I like a real stiff ride on the car), but It does improve the ride quality, and the springs make the car look and handle better. I gave the car to my dad to test drive around soem twisties and we was impressed with the suspension (remember I also rund comptech sways) he rides on Belstein sport shocks with Eibach springs and in his opinion he liked the Tokico setup better.
If you are looking for a stiff ride though, you may want to inquire on the Koni yellows better.
You can see some pics of my setup if you click on my link.

No camber kit needed for my car, but I did get an Aligment done the same day they installed the shocks and springs..checkout this thread, I posted the specs on the ProKit, before and after the springs were installed.
