Tl kit conversion/how do fog lamps fit??

Tl kit conversion/how do fog lamps fit??
I want the TLS style fog lamps and the front lip.
I've seen people with the Tl front lip kit on there CL that's great and all but what about if I wanted to change the whole bumper to match with the fog lamps.
Call me crazy but My idea is this. You know how the 03 cls doesn't come with fog lamps and some people put the 01-02 lamp in it's place that looks ok but I'd rather do the TLS thinner lamp that is if I'm not mistaken A euro clear nut that dull clear. But anyway does anyone know if the tls bumper fit on my 03 cls and then I'd have the Nice thin fog Lamps. Thanks guys any help is Well appreciated..

Seems like it would be similar to us 99-01 TLers getting an 02 front end....
Bumper, hood, quarter panels, front grill, plastic engine guard in front.
