Hey all i have an 03 CL-P. I realllllly want to get rid of the fake wood trim and replace it with the titanium accents...i called up my dealer and they said id have to pay around 315 bucks per door panel to get those ??? any alternative? i just want to replace the dinky wood trim on the door and the pillars. the pillars seem very easy as ive already taken them out..but i dunno bout the ones on the doors. Help out if u can! thanks

Just make sure you do it well and CLEAR COAT IT! Lightly sand the wood , er, plastic trim, prime it, and do 2 or 3 light coats. Then 2 coats of clear coat! Take your time and it should turn out great!

Otherwise, it will look really crappy and you'll wish you never had started in the first place.

Or you could just take it to a professional and pay them 100 bucks!

I'd actually paint the wood, er plastic trim, in my own CL, but I have the beige interior (DAMN YOU PEOPLE WITH BLACK INTERIORS!!!) and it would look like crap!

Good luck!
