Tint numbers per state (link)

FYI: Here's a little link to a page that lists the laws per state/province for legal tint.

I wasn't aware that KY had an 18% limit on back windows and 35% for front sides, and some states allow tint only so far down on the windshield.

Of course, the page's numbers may be wrong due to recent laws, but the numbers were supposedly updated in April.
