For those who has after market sterer head unit..

if u have replace the stock bose head unit..and u put in a after market head nuit..such as alpine or pioneer..would u still be able to control the volum and track from the steering wheel?just wondering?

I remember seeing that someone like Crutchfield sells an adaptor that will allow you to keep the steering wheel controls with an aftermarket head unit.
