I thought it over and this guy has to shoulder some of the responsibility.

Lots of Custom bikes like this one are sold to people that never get to ride the bike. If you buy something without driving/riding it, you are being an idiot......

But the Dealer lying to him is pretty typical. Shit! Chunk of change to lose for 2 weeks of riding.
