I know I shouldn't even be asking you guys this... but I tried to do it and don't want to screw up the car *** Last week my windshield cracked from a small chip and Safelite came and replaced the windshield...well it started to rain as they were putting the wiper arms back on and they were rushing, so the passenger side wiper is sitting too high (wipers in off position), really looks bad. Can someone tell me how to get the arm off/adjusted so it will sit nice and low like it should. *** It did take off the black hex nut, that was easy, but the wiper arm itself doesnt want to come off the notched post it is attached to.
