I installed the teins yesteday and with the factory setting (1.2 inch)it seems like the front is seating to way too low(wheel is tucked in). can someone verify if I accidentally placed the rear springs up front?. thanks

alto adjust the height(increase the height) do u lower or raise the seat lock. thanks.

It's kind of hard to fit the rear springs up front. They are different designs, specially meant that way so that people don't put front ones in the rear, or vice versa.

On regular springs I totally agree and can easily telll them apart plus u can't fit the front spring on the rear strut. However on the teins both springs will fit on the same strut. Main difference between the two springs is diameter and distance between coils.

I found this pic, I think I installed the rear spring up front.

looks like the front spring is the more tightly woven and the one with the largest diameter. can someone else comfirm..

According to Tein's website the front springs are model # SI070-01250, which are taper type springs. The diameter on the top is 100mm while the bottom is 70mm.

The rear springs are model # SG040-01250, which are also taper type springs. The diameter on the top is only 90mm while the bottom is 70mm. So if you installed the front springs (one with the largest diameter) onto the rear then yes you have them installed wrong.
