Yes my right tailpipe is hanging lower than the left. I didn't notice until I read the earlier post. Has anyone had it fixed?? What actually is the fix?? or Are we just getting tooo picky???

I bought new rubber hangers each for $2.50. Replaced only one on the right muffler side. I believe it's because the right side is heavier than the left. Design flaw. What else!?
By the way, the rubber hanger replaced helped a bit...but I know it'll drape down again after time.

Here's an idea I just tried, and I hope it lasts. Buy one of those hose clamps with a screw on the side that adjusts the tightness of the clamp. Wrap the clamp around the rubber pieces that are stretched on the right muffler. The back one will require removing the top post from the rubber piece. Don't try the muffler's post. It's almost impossible to remove out of the rubber. Tighten the clamp until the rubber is about the same length as the left ones. It doesn't fix it perfectly, but it did help! I think there is more of a weld problem that is causing the right one to sag.

I suggest a prybar to "convince" the various hooks etc to reposition to a location more likely to allow the exhaust to hang correctly.Jens

i have noticed the same thing on my CL-S. i have talked to my sales rep about it and I WILL MAKE THEM FIX IT! i was behind a black CL-S last Saturday night in downtown SF, and i made sure to look at the car's tailpipes. sure enough, her black cl's tailpipes are perfectly aligned. therefore, this is something that acura needs to fix. just my $0.02. i'll let you guys know once i get it done.
