Swaybar torque? (noise from front of car)

Just finished installing my front swaybar a few days ago. It seemed like there wasn't much clearance b/w the sway and the car when we installed, but there we didn't notice any noises or nething after driving it around for about 20 mins. We went over any bumps, manhole covers, etc that we could find and no noise. today, I just noticed a clunking kind of noise when I enter steep driveways/parking lots. From using the search func'n it looks like I need to torque the bolts a little more ( we did use a torque wrench but torqued to 28 i think). Neways I just wanted to double check the torque #'s that I found on the site from a previous post:

"Torque numbers according to Helms:
Rear sway bar bushing holder bolts: 16 lb-ft
Rear sway bar end link nuts: 28 lb-ft
Front sway bar bushing holder bolts: 29 lb-ft
Front sway bar end link nut: 28 lb-ft"

However, when I read the review from bui4ever.com, it was suggested to use 28lb-ft on the rear bolts...
I'm gonna re-torque everything this w/e and just wanted to know which #s to use.

BTW I Love the sways, the car feels so much tighter, i think it might actually be a little tighter than my integra now! I also gotto say that the members on this board are very helpful/knowlegeable...my friend with a Bimmer was browsing A-CL.com and said the guys on the CL board know what they are talking about...he found a lot of the People on the Bimmer board were just saying how their car rocks and everything else sux!
