Stupid question that needs an answer

Where do you guys pour your anti-freeze into? I say into the little white boxy thing until it hits the "max" line, but my friend said pour it into the radiator cap...whose right? Thanks and have a good day!

if the radiator cap isn't full, then put it there. then run the engine for a minute and recheck. also fill the white box.

You add antifreeze/water to the overflow box.. The radiator will suck up fluid it needs from there..
