I did not drive my CLS for couple days... came back and it was still raining,I wanted to drive my CLS and found out that the Gas pedal felt like stuck for sec or 2... I thought that the tranny died while the car was parked ... then, I pushed the gas pedal a bit and the car jump like a pissed tiger....

Is it common that the throttle cable gets "sticky" after a raining day?

Should I lube the throttle cable?

mine feels kinda sticky too at times..like you have to push it a lil harder to get it going rite and when u do the car jumps rite?..well i took it to my local dealership to get it fixed..they replaced the cable..but then the same situation was still happening..im guessin it could be the pedal itself..not sure..
