Rotora is the one to blame here...not streetbeat. Those things are always on B/O. Took me 2 months to get mine.

Yeah I ordered a set of Rotora SS lines. They had to custom make them. Seems like Rotora has trouble keeping items in stock.

I had great customer service from them. Yes the rotors were on backorder, but they kept me informed of the status.

Guys to get the product in 2 month ....is terrible . Especially the brake parts .

They never called me , they never emailed me exept for the first time i placed an order ...long time ago . They should let the people know that it is a back ordered product like c-c-c.net did . I respect that ....

I think that he's talking about the fact that HE is always calling them and not the other way around.

Dude, I'd give it some time. I'm sure that their not trying to screw you, but if it is "Rotora", it's not "StreetBeatCustoms.com" fault that it's taking this long. BTW stop calling them, I'm sure that if you didnt call, they'd call you or email you on the update of your order.

Good luck

I just came back from the germany . I spent there 10 days no one ever called me or emailed me .
I wish them good luck with the bisiness any way.... Unfortunattely my rotors are bad and now im scared to damage the calipers. You see I'm the one who's gonna pay in the end for the delay and for the repair . That's my point . Thanks for the support I'm still waiting .

For me to call the company and leave the messages all the time or to get the same answers every week...like it's gonna take 5 more bisiness days...is Unprofessional . It took me 36 days to wait and i still got nothing .

I will never recommended this site to the people and i think i have a big reason for it .

This a a supply problem not a vender problem. I've ordered tons of things from street beat customs & never had a problem. You can say the same things about any vendor. Comptech comes to mind? That place Velocity reasources? Hell even autocarparts has their problems.

I had very good customer service streetbeatcustoms.com. I ordered my Rotora slotted from them about a year ago. It took about 10 days to receive.

I have heard that Rotora's are on backorder from serveral people.
