streetbeatcustoms.com - Satisfied?

Has anyone ordered from streetbeatcustoms.com and were you satisfied with everything? Did they include tracking number? About how long did they take to ship the products? How was the customer service, any complaints or praises? Suggestions?

I want to order the rotora brake kit with the axxis pads

Thank you

P.S. I tried to do a search but I guess you can't search for a website

Been seeing it around the forums, or does anyone know of a better place to order?

I ordered my Rotora rotors from Street Beat Customs the end of last week.

I originally ordered from Juniorbean but he told me he no longer carried the Rotora rotors. Their price is a little lower than what Juniorbean was selling them for.

They sent me a confirmation e-mail and said they would send a tracking number as soon as they are shipped. Will let you know if I run into any problems.

I got my UPS tracking number for my Rotora rotors from Street Beats this afternoon.

Total cost for front and back was about $302 (free shipping). I also ordered the silver caliper paint from them.

Ordered the Axxis Deluxe Plus pads from Brakewarehouse.com for approx. $67. They were rated better than the Metal Masters and generate less dust, last longer and are more rotor friendly.

Comparsion link below.
http://www.zeckhausen.com/axxis_pads.htm

I am also going to bleed the brake fluid and replace with Valoline Synthetic. It is Dot3 & Dot4 compatable and easy to find.

Here is a link for Brake fluid comparisons
http://www.swedishbricks.net/700900F...Comparison.htm

I also need new tire to replace the OEM tires in about 5,000 miles.
I plan on replacing the OEM Michelins with the 225/50 17 Michelin Pilot A/S and replace the rotors and pads at the same time.

As far as Street Beat Customs, I placed the order on Wednesday and they shipped today. 3 business days is pretty good.

I have a few friends who work at Streetbeats. It's a very legit company and very professionally run. They do huge quantities and good customer service is the main thing that keeps them on the edge.

htown see my earlier response above.

They send me a UPS tracking number 3 business days after my oder and received the rotors about 4 days after that. Total time
from placing the order until I received was about 7 business days.

I have them but have not installed them yet. I will need new tires in a month or two and plan to change the tires, rotors and pads at the same time.

I would have to say they are a quality looking rotor. Will have to wait a little while longer to see if they improve braking. I am going with the Axxis Deluxe Plus pads. They provide a little less braking performance than the Axxis Ulitmates but will last twice as long and produce half the dust.

Don't forget to check with Arnold (blxmjx). I got my Rotora's from him after his groupbuy had ended for a price much better than StreetBeats wants. Send him an email and see what he'll do for you.

FYI, we ( www.c-c-c.net ) can get Rotora again (found a new Rotora vendor )

I literally just got the price sheets.... so we haven't updated the site yet or said anything yet, but if you're interested, shoot me a PM

edit - FYI, we've always carried the brake pads, and those are listed on our site

A lot of good places listed so far.

Another one is to PM Excelerate. That’s where i got my BBK kit from plus rear rotors and pads.

Very easy to deal with.

I ordered my Rotors from StreetBeat. I got a much better price than any of you would be able to get, but I have a close friend who works there . They took about 3 weeks to get, but I know for a fact the rotors were on back order from Rotora....nothing that can be done about that. He called me every Friday just to give me a status report though.

I would consider giving Mr Juniorbean a try too. It's always nice to support the local guy
