straight pipe has been installed

earlier today i got a 2 1/2 in. straight pipe installed with 2 new mufflers. from what it seems so far, that would be one day, is that its worth it. the car seems to definitely move quicker and i actually have some trouble keepin the car under control over 5500 rpm. the exhaust sounds like a bad ass, similar to like a sport bike. so far i've been tryin to notice the bad smell, but it only seems like i get it here and there. the perfect test would be to run my cl-s against a straight stock cl-s, if any locals are interested let me know. if anything i might head down to south jersey and run it on the track there.

*one more thing, i tried some 100 octane racing fuel from sunoco the other day, thats some hot shit, but 4 beans a gallon, kinda steep for everday use.

peace

Your only gonna get that smell if you remove your Cat... I am under the impression you only removed the Resonator?... did you infact remove the cat too?... if so what did you do about your O2 sensor?

i removed the cat too, they took the o2 sensor off the cat and intalled it on the straight pipe so i don't get the check engine light.

i'm gonna try to get pics and a sound clip of it as soon as i can and as far as racing, let me know raj_ghosh@att.net
