STOP BREAKING YOUR POLARG M-6 BULBS!

Just FYI guys, if you turn the bulb as it comes out you will see that the bulb will come out and not break. The bulb is shaped weird from the factory. So many people keep breaking there bulbs because they don't turn them as they put them in and pull them out.

That's what I'm saying! People keep on having trouble putting them in and taking them out. I had no problem putting them in, and I did not have to take off the housing, and should have no problem when taking them out. Webtoker is right about this, they are shaped with a bulge on the tip from the factory, didn't you guys recognize this when you put them in?

Not all housing are created equal. On thepassenger side, the housing fit the bulb with no modification. Ny driver's side housing, was not as easy. There would of been no way I could of fit the bulb without modifying it.

Yeah I put mine in fine. A little tight on the passenger side, but a little patience and turning of the bulb and it went right in. Took 3 minutes to replace both bulbs. And I took the housings out. Jim

hmm...we might be talkin about 2 diff things here. i think you're saying to turn the bulb assembly as you pull it from the housing-which will hopefully work for you, just be very careful.
what i'm sayin is, if you turn and pull and the bulb pulls out of the plug and falls into your housing-then you have problems. then you are stuck holding the housing upside down tryin to get the bulb near the hole so you can pull it out--not friggin easy!! if you get lucky enuff to grab the bulb with some tweezers or something (cause that's the ONLY thing that will get in there) then again, try turning the bulb as you pull.
of course, if it got in there in the first place, your 'virgin' hole was just too tight and you are either gonna break it, or not be able to pull it thru-nothing to grab on to.
i accidentally broke the first one, so i broke the second on purpose. easier IMHO. this is from experience, guys.
