Are stock spark plugs supposed to look like this...

I pulled 2 plugs to see what condition they were in. I have 13K miles. The plugs say NGK on them. The plug tip was a very fine little point. Looked like the tip of a pen. I never saw plugs like this. Are the stock plugs supposed to be like that? The arch on top was a light gray color, no oil or any burning so I think the plugs are fine.
