Stock Rims in Gunmetal Gray?

I saw these rims & thought to myself, why not get my stock rims powder coated in Gunmetal Gray or Bronze. I already have 18's but I want to keep my stock rims as a second set. I have always been a fan of gunmetal gray rims & figured since my stock rims need resurfacing, why not get them powder coated. I know someone who can get them done cheap.

OPINIONS PLEASE

ya, if you have gold you need either gunmetal or chrome. silver is for women.

I forgot to tell you guys the gold car is not mine. My car is white, I just used the gold car for a close up of the stock rim. Could someone Photoshop the car white like mine?

How much is it going to be to have all the wheels caoted? I have a grey CLS and wouldn't mind having gunmetal rims, I have the 03 CLS stock 17" rims, how would it look on my car?

I'll let you know when I call them. My friend told me about $74 to $100 per rim.

thats hot, very hot.

dont listen to these other fools... no taste.

weve got a kid calling every wheel color gay except the norm or BLACK or WHITE kids these days.

go for the bronze... those are dope. and powder coating is dirt cheap... you should be able to find for bout $75 or less a wheel.

Soopa,

I am having a hard time finding a white CL-S with stock rims. If I post a picture of my car can you chop a picture of the stock wheel in bronze on it? If you can here you go>>>

I'm not familiar with logos yet. Are those Racing Harts or some other RH?

the problem with gunmetal on stock wheels........ it just looks like your wheels are dirty.

dont get me wrong, i dig gunmetal, but it needs to be set off by an aftermarket wheel or something...

but. i could be wrong, and actually, prolly would look hot in person. GO FOR IT!

It looks great, but I think  a little darker shade of bronze would maybe look hotter.

What do you think?

Hey Soopa,

Just to compare with the bronze, could you hook this picture up with some gunmetal?
