Stock exhaust?
Well I just bought obx headers on ebay.331 shipped.Lifetime warrenty so I was'nt concerned with some of the negative things I have read about them on this site.Plus I LIKE to work on my car installation or uninstallation doesnt bother me.
Hopefully mistermehoff will respond so I can buy his Icebox.
Anyways should have checked this before I bought my headers ,but will the stock exhaust be able to handle the extra flow? Or will I need to change the mufflers to something aftermarket?

Don't worry the stock exhaust can handle it just fine. From the factory the CL-S exhaust is about as free flowing as they come.
Only reason to upgrade the exhaust would be for the sound/looks or if you were going with FI. (turbo or S/C)

yup dont have to worry about the stock exhaust it will flow plenty for the headers. I hope you dont have the problems other members have had with the obx headers .. and as for the lifetime warranty.... sorry my friend but its not true. infact I think one member said that the warranty only ends up being like 30 or 60 days. and OBX customer service is a living hell. do a search you'll find the thread (and numerous other threads about OBX quality), I remember reading it a few months ago.
