stock cl-s exhaust
I have an 03 Cl-P and i might buy CL-S exhaust from this one guy I know for $50. I know that CL-S exhaust has about 30% more output than the CL-P exhaust, but my question is, is it just the exhaust that will give the power, or would I have to get like the other long pipes that connect with the exhaust. I'm not too familiar with the part names.

30% ? where did ya get that number? I dont think it would yield anything like that but of course i could be wrong.
I wouldnt bother, buy some headers instead. You will see much more gains from that.

Just get headers. The exhaust isn't going to do that much.
