speed up transmission failure before warranty expries?

hey guys i have 103K miles on the ODO of my '02 CL auto and my tranny has been lurching and slipping slightly especially when i have a full load of people in it and its hot out (first tranny died at 55k). Acura said only that if the check engine light is not on that there is nothing they could do. they also said that they fluid is a little dirty and that i should change it. according to the owners manual the fluid doesnt need to be changes until 120k miles on the tranny which would mean i stillhave plenty of time. if i dont change the fluid and it dies soon can they hold me liable for payment of transmission replacement if i am still within 109k transmission warranty? I have a feelin the the tranny is going to go right after the 109k mile tranny warranty. is there a way to ensure it goes before the next 10k miles by draiining the fluid out or anything? thanks for the input. feel free to send me a private message with recommendations

my only recommendation is to drive the hell out of it on a realllllly hot day with sandbags in the trunk and 4 other people in the car in second gear SS. haha i dunno but im in the same boat. my tranny is going really bad and acura doesnt want to do anything unless the light comes on. im in the mid 90k range right now reallly sux

I did just that.
I felt my tranny slippin at like 95k went to dlr flushed fluid said its ok.
(i had warrenty till 100k) went back at 97K dlr could not replicate prob.
went back at 99K flushed fluid AGAIN so i went to the meadowlands parking lot (home of the ny giants/Jets) called my girl and started doing some nutreal drops and grinding the gears. Ended up cracking 2 engin mounts and bye bye tranny had it flat beded to dlr while i got a ride from my girl.

New tranny and new engine mounts under warrenty at 99K nice!!

Neutral to drive drops, 360s, drifting, burnouts, ect. Just call Acura customer service and tell them about your problem. They will contact the dealer and get you set up.

Drain the fluid and once it fails put it back in and drive to the dealer.

Note I am not responsible if your dealer catches you.

That's just giving us all a bad name. I really don't think promoting killing your tranny so Acura can cover the replacement before 109K miles as fair or ethical.
You got enough info in the trans threads & here so.....
