I know you said no comments and all but...I've heard around town that there is a race track being built. Its going to be located somewhere of Krome Ave down in Homestead. Its supposdely going to be like Moroso. Thanks for the heads up Nashua_Night_Hawk.

They've been saying that they are going to build a track ever since they closed the one in Hialeah. Keep in mind this was in the 90's. I'll believe that they are building a track when I see it. Till then I guess will just have to enjoy our rides to Palm Beach County.
I saw that news report when it came out on tv and personally I thought it was stupid. Beleive or not racing was here way before the movie Fast and the Furious. Ever since that movie came out street racing has been getting all this hype, especially with everyone wanting "NOS" etc...
If a trcak gets built in Miami, good. But I don't think this is going to happen any time soon.

Yeah I doubt it either...I remember people started talking about building a new track in Miami the min the Hialeah one closed. People always rumored Tamiami park by FIU and down by Homestead Air Force Base (especially after Hurricane Andrew). You know that its gonna take someone with alot of political pull to get anything done down there, whether or not they have funding for it. Damn Miami politics...maybe somehow Fidel is responsible, bastardo
